| Arizona Fall hunt draw changes
Excitement is growing for this year's fall hunt-permit tag
draw, as memories of Arizona's long string of drought
years are washed away by the wet winter of 2004-05.
The online application process for the fall hunt-permit
tag draw has been suspended this year, so a paper
application is the only way to apply.
Look for regulations and applications online beginning May
2, or get a paper application and regulation book from the
Arizona Game and Fish Department or the nearest license
dealer around May 20.
Deadline day is Tuesday, June 14, at 7 p.m. MST.
Those who don't already have a hunting license for this
year can buy one right on the application form. It's a
good thing, too, as this year, for the first time, you
must have a license to be eligible for the draw.
Insiders know that the department reviews applications
received by May 27 for errors, and attempts to contact the
applicant to fix the problems--so be sure to apply early!
For the latest information, visit the department's
draw page. |
